Sadly, Americans have huge “can’t someone else do it” energy. I’m hoping they can get over that and soon else the world is just going to be a slave prison run by the billionaires.

Found out? like just now? Dude, we've known this for years. Count the fingers, count the "R"s... lordy these people are so arrogantly stupid it hurts.

Have you tried turning Windows off
…and just never coming back?

#Seattle #photography just right place at right time. Thought the clouds looked overly dramatic.

Any protests for tomorrow (1/23) in #Seattle or surrounding #PugetSound area? I know #minnesota is going “all in”, wondering if there’s anything happen elsewhere.

@elementary out of curiosity, is there a way to run Elementary OS off a USB drive without installing fully? Looking to have my partner migrate but they are not very computer savvy. Want them to try it out before I plunge them into the deep end.

The Turntable
#Victoria #BC #VictoriaBC
https://www.turntablerecordsbc.ca
Selection size: medium-small
Selection tier: A
Pricing: $$$$ (CAD)
Notes: located in the tourist attraction of Fan Tan alley and as such their prices are a little higher than average but not outrageous. They have so many records and many great finds.

Supreme Echo
#Victoria #BC #VictoriaBC
https://supremeecho.com
Selection size: small
Selection tier: B (S)
Pricing: $$$ (CAD)
Notes: the tiniest record shop we’ve physically been in. They have a great number of records, but the store itself can barely hold like 3 people. I give them an honorary S selection tier for having super hard to find and local BC artists. If you’re in Victoria, it’s worth a look.

Rockin’ Ruby’s Records
#Poulsbo #WA
https://rockinrubys.com
Selection size: medium-small
Selection tier: B
Pricing: $$$
Notes: this is for the Poulsbo location. They do have a location in Bainbridge, but we’ve not been there yet and it will get its own review. Prices were on par with retail. Used had a decent selection of A level artists just not their A level titles. Some good deals can be found here.

Bigfoot's House of Vinyl
#Bremerton #WA
https://www.bigfootsvinyl.com
Selection size: medium
Selection tier: B
Pricing: $$
Notes: a bit hard to find in downtown Bremerton. There’s quite a lot of vinyl there and some A level artists but not a huge selection as such, hence the B. However, they have awesome prices and the owner is most certainly LGBTQ+ friendly. Some local titles and some good finds. Worth a visit and re-visit.

Quimper Sound
#PortTownsend #WA
https://www.quimpersound.com
Selection size: medium-small
Selection tier: S
Pricing: $$$
Notes: a rather eclectic collection in the best sense of the word. Not only do they have A level titles but they have rare and local selections as well. New and used varieties along with musical instruments. Prices are what I would consider reasonable.

Soooooo about three months ago my partner and I took the plunge into #vinyl as we were becoming so disillusioned with streaming and the internet being our only source of entertainment.
Over the course of these three months so far, we’ve been to a good number of vinyl shops, just the tip of the iceberg, but still a fair number.
In this I’ve decided to start a review thread of all the places we’ve been to.

Finally removed Google as my email host. Took me a while to get it done mainly because of trying to find an appropriate service without AI or Nazi connections, decision paralysis, and a lack of energy on my part.

Slipping the slope:

We’ll only deport the criminals!
We’ll only deport the foreigners!
We’ll only deport non-citizens!
We dictate who’s a citizen.

We’ll deport them back home!
We’ll deport them to another country!
Why bother? Just dig a hole, throw them in, and bury them there.

If you aren’t doing something now, you won’t get a chance tomorrow.
