It looks like Binance is getting drained right now, across multiple hot wallets, for $2B and counting.
Pretty normal for exchanges to migrate wallets, NOT normal for them to then swap to Tether and dump
RIP Sir Patrick Stewart. He brought a gravitas and honest sincere authority to his roles, made even very simple scenes like this so memorable: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Uii5WrmChbE
Do you run your own PeerTube server? Would you like to feature videos from other PeerTube servers too?
You can do this really easily by federating other servers and/or specific accounts from other servers. Their videos will appear on your server without requiring any extra bandwidth or resources.
Here's a step-by-step guide to how to do this, including a list of recommended servers to federate, and lots of questions answered:

Also a reminder that Bluesky continues to host and verify ICE's official account, along with many other Trump admin accounts including the White House, Vice President, Department of War etc.
They are despicable. They don't have to do these things, they are choosing to do these things.
A database of thousands of US #ICE agents leaked and got posted on @ddosecrets. Bluesky is blocking the link:
https://www.wired.com/story/bluesky-blocks-links-to-major-leak-of-dhs-data/
> Bluesky tells WIRED it blocked links to a leaked archive of information on 41,000 ICE, CBP, and other DHS workers because it contains people’s contact information, shared without their authorization.
#Bluesky is VC-funded, biggest investor: Bain Capital Crypto.
Remember this excuse next time there is a leak affecting people who happen not to be fascists.
I'm finally ready to take the Fediverse seriously. Years of tech overreach and enshittification have worn me out.
The final straw came when Meta decided I should pay over $50 a month just to share a few links to my own podcast. That includes a blue check that means nothing anymore (thanks, X). They already sell ads and our data. Now they want my money too.
Bear with me while I adjust. If I pull out old habits, please don't yell at me.
Hi Fediverse Fam! I'm sitting here hoping that the art lovers here can help me out.
I'm a digital artist/photographer, and with the economy as it is, sales have been unusually slow this year. Bad timing as I also had three surgeries this year, which meant a lot of down time and unexpected expenses that wiped me out.
Normally, things pick up by now, but this year they just haven't. I'm getting pretty frantic and hoping this post might connect me with people looking for art for their spaces.
As you can probably tell from the small sample of my art I've shared, I rarely stick to one subject for very long. I like some variety, and I tend to follow whatever has caught my interest at the moment.
If anything you've seen catches your eye, or you'd like to see more, my Etsy is here: https://marktisdaleart.etsy.com
And if buying art isn't in the cards right now, helping more people discover my work would mean a lot.
Still remembering when the CEO of #Substack called me a loser blogger in a forum for keeping this list. https://sightlessscribbles.com/posts/substack/
"To vote in the second round of Brazil’s presidential election, 118 members of the Parakanã Indigenous people traveled for a day and a half by river and road to reach Altamira, in the state of Pará."

I'm still looking for trans folks to talk to for this article, so I would really appreciate people sharing this, please! (And do get in touch if you're up for answering some questions for me!)
@QasimRashid Brazilian here. A lot of people thought it was already lost after the first round and we were going to be fucked, but everyone went to the streets and to social networks like crazy. We all united, the young and the elderly, the students and the workers. For 3 weeks, we ceased all our internal struggles among the leftists and we acted as a single organism. Together, we did what was believed to be impossible, because it never happened before.
You can do it too!
Publisher rejigged the page on my book 81 Jokes For The ZX81 so you can see a preview of the book. That was the noumber one question from people: what does this book actually look like? There's a big old preview now. Tell your ZX81 owning chums. https://spelk.press/gb/products/81-jokes-for-the-zx81

If you appreciate a video on PeerTube, try looking for a "Support" button below the video. If the video has one, clicking the Support button will take you to information about how you can tip or donate to the maker of the video. (On mobile the Support button may just be an icon of a hand with a heart above it.)
If you're a video creator, you can add a Support button by filling in the "Support button" section on your video's management page.
Every one of these neo-nazi fucks in EVERY country where a right-wing exists are inextricably linked with A) violent goonsquads and B) the Republican Party of the United States and its neo-nazi techbro sponsors because they are ALL members of a Fascist International. This👇 is the START of how you MEANINGFULLY deal with them.
