This May, I convinced myself to read longer books. I picked Lonesome Dove. It's a Wild West novel about these cowboys that drive cattle from Texas to Montana. It's not action heavy, it's sentimental and has incredible character writing.

It's not really underrated, but I've seen cringy YA books with 1-D characters have more reviews than this one.
That is surprising. Because it is a masterpiece in every sense. One of the best books I've ever read. Loved it!!

I'm a guy who reads, although not much, only a book a month or two, only fiction. I don't have a favourite genre. I mostly read books that were published before 2000s. Not that there aren't any good books published after that, it's just that they don't excite me that much.
